wonderful stay
cozy roomwell-kept gardensamazing fooddistant room
the staff was very cute and couldn't do enough. the hotel was super clean, and my room was very cozy. it overlooked the gardens, very well kept (i even took some photos!). the food was amazing from start to finish, and i dined in the restaurants. breakfast was also very nice!
I booked well in advance and requested a room in the main building. on arrival, i was put into one of the st pierre village rooms. it was as far away from the main building as possible. i expected a bit more for the money i spent.

the staff provided attentive service during my meals, showing genuine care . i saw them responding promptly to requests and maintaining a friendly attitude at all times. they always smiled to every guest.

the pool area provided ample space for relaxation, with several loungers available and a dedicated jacuzzi area. i observed that the hotel grounds were meticulously maintained. there is also an onsite gym.

the hotel is a half-hour walk to the port, offering easy access to nearby attractions. there is a convenient bus route available right outside the hotel, that is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. i think it's a great benefit.

My room was so clean, a balcony offered a sweet view. the staff were lovely. parking was available, i appreciate this detail. the lounge brasserie served good food. I ate there a few times. breakfast offered huge choice, each dish was so well cooked.
The bathroom lighting wasn't the best. It made applying makeup tricky.

i found the staff helpful and caring always. the food tasted excellent. my daughter really enjoys her time. breakfast also pleased us. the hotel location near the bus stop proved ideal.
i was told the room had a balcony though that turned out to be incorrect.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of choices. I liked the fresh fruit selection. the hotel provided convenient access to the on-site golf course. i also used the gym. It included several treadmills and stationary bikes.
the in-room coffee machine was slightly difficult to operate! i struggled with it a bit.
